Martin Heffron – Managing Director
(BSc, MTax, CA)

Martin established Heffron with his wife Meg and is now the driving force behind managing and overseeing the operations and key decisions as they affect our business and especially our clients.

Martin is committed to ensuring that Heffron is Australia's most highly regarded SMSF service provider.

 

Ben Smythe – Director - Sales & Marketing
(BEc, MCom)

Ben looks after the key client relationships and is also responsible for sourcing and securing new clients.

Meg Heffron
(BEc, FIAA)

Meg is Australia's most highly regarded SMSF technician.

Meg is widely regarded as one of the leading lights in the nation's superannuation industry and her appointment as a member of the Cooper Review panel certainly reinforced this view. This, coupled with her approachable, practical and personable style, makes her a very valuable asset for Heffron clients.

Meg is actively involved in assisting with the development of Heffron's comprehensive suite of SMSF services.

 

Leigh Mansell – Technical Services Manager
(BSc, CA, ASIA)

Leigh is the manager of the technical team and intimately involved in developing Heffron's range of technical materials for clients.

One of Leigh's greatest attributes is her ability to make complex concepts appear simple and clients value this highly. She also provides technical support and training to our fund administration team, ensuring that they are always briefed on the latest rulings, legislative changes and SMSF opportunities as they affect our fund administration clients.

 

Danny Mewett – SMSF Administration - Client Services Manager
(BCom, CPA)

Danny is responsible for managing Heffron's fund administration clients. Quite apart from his very strong technical knowledge, his manner and thoughtfulness when dealing with clients is always well received and appreciated.

Danny's emphasis on a premium comprehensive service ensures that all client experiences are first rate.

 

Andrea Connor- Administration Services Manager 

Andrea Connor is one of the most experienced SMSF administration managers in Australia and has been working at Heffron for over 10 years.

She has been instrumental in the development of Heffron's administration business over the past decade and a major contributor to the reputation Heffron now enjoys as the country's premium comprehensive SMSF provider.

As the leader of Heffron's largest business unit, her experience, practical approach and common sense give her the skills she needs in order to manage competing stakeholder priorities.

 

Duane Pinches - Document Services Manager
(BBus, Dip FS (FP))

Duane runs Heffron's document preparation business. His attention to detail is first class which is vitally important for running a high quality SMSF document preparation business.

Duane's passion for accuracy is evident in everything he does and clients are always appreciative about the service they receive from Duane and his team.

 

Jennifer Conn - Director - Operations
(BBus, CA)

Jennifer works side by side with Martin in managing and overseeing the operations of Heffron and also provides him with a valuable sounding board or second opinion on most critical decisions.

Jennifer has been involved with Heffron since its inception and one of her key areas of responsibility is Human Resources.  Her high level focus on recruitment and retention of our people is absolutely essential as a premium comprehensive service provider. 

 

Robert Allan- Audit Services Manager
(FPNA, SSA, JP)

Rob runs Heffron's audit business. One of Rob's greatest strengths is his thoroughness and this makes him ideally placed to run the audit business.

Rob has been working within the superannuation industry for over 25 years so there isn't a lot he hasn't seen which again is an ideal quality when selecting an auditor.
