On July 1st 2023 the 'transfer balance cap' increased from $1.7m to $1.9m. But just like last time the cap was indexed, not everyone gets the same increase.

The Heffron Transfer Balance Cap calculator allows you to enter your client's transfer balance account transactions and calculate the client's personal transfer balance cap at July 1st 2021 and July 1st 2023, allowing for their individual indexation entitlement.

We give you useful reminders and warnings about the individual events that influence a client’s cap – helping you and your staff input the information required. You can also save and print a summary of the data and calculations for your file.

It shows the particular amounts and dates that drive your client's indexation and how much of their cap your client has left available to them.
