All memberships are payable in advance and renewed each 1 July. The minimum term of this agreement is twelve months from the date of commencement. After that time, this agreement may be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice in writing.
On termination of this agreement, all relevant files and records will remain the property of Heffron, in accordance with Heffron’s professional indemnity insurance requirements.
