Our expert superannuation and SMSF technicians provide technical support to members via phone, with most queries answered the same day or, in many instances, immediately.  A valuable and practical solution, improving efficiency and minimising risk for anyone working with SMSFs or superannuation.

Members receive priority access to our Technical Services Team via a dedicated toll free number or email address.

Members also receive our Super Insights newsletter (a minimum of 10 editions per year) to help them keep up to date.  Our newsletter details the latest changes in superannuation legislation, commonly asked questions and answers, and other SMSF related news.

For those needing more technical support, our Super Connect package includes:

  • Four hours of telephone technical support per annum*

Price: $1,760 (incl GST) per annum, billed quarterly
