We use a secure hosted payment service with the NAB which means all your payment and credit card details are securely stored on their database.  The NAB payment gateway also complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Payments

Payments received through the NAB online payment gateway attached to this site will be applied to an existing outstanding account as identified by the remitter.  Payments that cannot be matched to an existing account will be held in our account until either the remitter can be contacted for refund or the correct account can be identified.  Refunds will only be given to the original remitter and the refund amount shall be limited to the unmatched amount received through this gateway.

Refunds

If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the commencement of the course the payment will be refunded in full.

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course, the payment is not refundable.  However it can be transferred towards another course offered by Heffron. 

You can nominate an alternative attendee from your office up to 24 hours prior to your nominated training day.
